Serenity Vine

I found this Buddhist image in b/w on www.wisegorilla.com and it struck me as peaceful, vital, and great for coloring. I chose the purple hues to represent calm and majesty. The green hues represent life, growth, movement and commitment to goals. Enjoy!

Loving Men Mandala

I don't know the original source for this mandala, but it's one of my favorites.

Dark Mountain Road

Friday night and Saturday morning, all in the dark, Narcisso and I wound our way to and then from Big Bear Lake. Not fun. At all.

Magenta Spiral

Another quick creation. I will set aside more time for future mandalas, but this one captured my the busy energy I'm feeling today.

Minimalist Mandala

Mandala I created on this cool spirograph-esque website. I'm planning on doing more with colors and such on this, since I like the 8 segment motif (think eightfold path of Buddhism!).

Daily Mandala

Narcisso liked this one so much, he had me make a t-shirt iron-on.

Daily Mandala

Each day I'd like to share a new mandala with you. I created this one using a black and white image on Nicolas Dimde's website which I colored using Microsoft Paintbrush.

Welcome

Welcome to the Mandala Workshop blog. In seeking mandala workshops in the Los Angeles area, I was surprised that there were practically no workshops being offered. Since I have led such workshops and I'm seeking new paths for personal growth, I have begun the process of designing a new workshop model and will be making myself available to lead healing and self-discovery workshops based on mandala creation.

I look forward to your comments and participation.
